Tom Putaansuu, M.Ed.
Owner/ Audiologist

"Prior to coming to Olympia in 1993, I had worked with a group of ENT physicians in Virginia.  I had spent my childhood on the Olympic Peninsula and knew that I wanted to return to Washington State following completion of my degree in Audiology from James Madison University.

I've met a lot of wonderful people throughout my career and I've seen a lot of progress in technology.  The past couple years have been the most exciting with digital and Bluetooth advancements.

Stefanie Denney
Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator

Stefanie has been working with Hearing Healthcare Center since 2006. Her main goal is to be sure that each patients needs are met, acting as the patients advocate. She also handles the marketing and advertising for all of our offices. She is currently attending Spokane Falls Community College in order to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist, which will be completed in 2013.

After attending Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Stefanie moved to Olympia in 2003. She was married in 2008 and added twin boys to the family in July 2011. She is very busy with work, school and family, but she loves every minute of it. 

Elena Kingsbury
Medical Insurance Billing Coordinator

Elena has been part of the Hearing Healthcare Center team since August 2007. She earned her Medical Insurance Billing and Coding certificate in June 2007. Her main priority is to work with your insurance company to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits in an expeditious manner.

In 2005, Elena moved to Washington State. She has lived in Olympia with her daughter since 2006. She enjoys cooking and sewing in her free time.

Brittney Collins

Office Manager

Brittney has worked at Hearing Healthcare Center since August 2011. She is one of the Office Managers at the main Olympia office. She is currently attending Spokane Falls Community College to pursue a career as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Brittney was born and raised in Olympia and graduated from North Thurston High School. When she’s not working, studying, or doing homework, she loves to do competitive dancing.

David Parsons

 Office Manager

David has been working with Hearing Healthcare Center since August 2011. He is one of the Office Managers at the main Olympia office.

After retiring from the military, David moved to Olympia where he lives with his wife and teenage daughters. He attended St. Martin’s University and most recently graduated in 2011 with a MBA.  David enjoys spending time with his family of his days off from work.
